Take the Tauhu/Tofu. Coat with Salt and turmeric powder. Bake it for 1 hour (flip sides every 20min). Let it cool and dice it.
Cut all the vege in squares and keep aside.
For sauce. Add water and chili paste in a pot. Let it boil for 10min. Add Kicap Pekat / Thick Soy Suace and add butter.
Add sweetener to taste. Reduce to desired thickness.
Put the diced tofu and vege in a plate/bowl, scoop the sauce on top. Serve hot or chill or cold
